On the west side of the Lake in the center of Yaoundé, on a site of 35.288 m2, IIDG proposes an integrated urbanistic development comprising a hotel, long-stay residences, offices, and a state-of- the-art conference center, totalling +/- 60.000 m2. with a total capacity of 218 rooms, 93 long stay residences, 13.000 m2 of offices and a congress center with a capacity of 1.000 people. The project will be fully compliant to the EDGE sustainability programme of the IFC as required by the selected hotel brand.
